This weekend EEAG activists made surroundings in Kiev, Ukraine, a bit cleaner. They cleared Goloseevsky Park from plastic and other garbage left by park visitors.
It is simple – to make our place we live in clean and comfortable. The first step is not to leave litter, especially plastic one, at the places where you and your children have a rest. “We have not so many green areas in metropolitan cities. Therefore, we have to carry on them. Nowadays people become more and more conscious regarding the issues of saving the nature. But still we have a lot of work to do and a lot of litter to dispose.” – said Alex, a member of Eastern European association of the Greens.
Eastern European association of the Greens encourage people to gather and time from time take such an actions aimed to clean nature from anthropogenic influence.
